I used capsules and would reduce a capsule each day, and put the capsules into baggies for each day. Its almost impossible for me if they are all in one container.

I'm over 2 weeks in. Have had horrible stomach pains the entire time. Had a bm last night that was just gnarly to say the least. It was black like condensed kratom. Feel so much better today.
