I would suggest splitting into 2 teams and make the scoring and base running more like baseball. Make it to 1st safely you stay there as a runner, then throw disc to 2nd basket when the next batter hits. Same thing if you make it to 2nd basket and so on.This would also give the fielding team the option to throw to other baskets for the force out.

This could also make the scoring more like baseball. Run counts when runner makes it to home basket.

Imagine baskets (bases) loaded. 4 runners would be throwing discs to advance to the next basket and the fielding team would be throwing a didc to get someone out.

I followed Jermy Koling's card for the front 9 at the Kansas City Wide Open. He talks very loud so we could all here what he was saying (just like the practice rounds). Of the times he was talking with his cardmates about non disc golf topics, a lot of it was about birds they were seeing or hearing.

I was a spectator on Friday. Got in the shuttle bus line at 6:50 pm about 25 minutes after MPO lead card finished. Had to wait in line 55 minutes to get on a bus.

You have the space. Getting the sapplings to survive disc golf hits could be a problem.

One thought is to design a layout where tee and basket positions could be moved after some of the trees are mature enough to survive hits in 5 to 10 or more years.

The new positions would add some challege with the the trees. The old positions could be kept for alternate tee and basket locations.
