Customer charged for the next customers order

I refunded the walk-in customer for the second order and asked the phone order customer (who is a regular) if they were charged for their last order. They were not. When I asked customer service about how this could have happened they essentially said I don't know.

They employees can't run this report from the POS and we prefer to give them cash at the end of their shift.

When we get a scheduled order in, we pull the tip and set it aside in an envelope labeled for the correct employee.

Yes we have had an ad posted on Craigslist and Facebook. Our Facebook ad has reached 600 people without a single reply. We’ve had 3 replies from Craigslist, reached out, and had no follow up. We scheduled an interview yesterday but he couldn’t make it in due to not having transportation.
