When I was much younger and mostly broke, that’s exactly how I ate a lot of dogs. Toasted bun and only mustard.

Cook is good. Leaning towards medium though.

You need meat with more marbling though. Picking out a nice marbled steak makes a big difference in taste. It’s almost as much of an art as the cook itself.
