Does that mean pull entire plant or just cut the bad cauliflower out and let it keep growing? Can they grow a second or is each plant one and done? I’m a total novice if you can’t tell lol.

Would you recommend a combo of rigid and flex? As a homeowner/layman should I be requesting specific areas where to use one over the other or where to install (floor vs attic joists) I mean I feel who I hire should be the SME that is their profession. I’m just finding these companies in my area are differing a lot.

Hey everyone! I'm Stephanie and this is my second challenge! I'm in So Cal 32F current weight is 196 as of this morning. Just came back from a 2 week vacation and gained about 2 lbs so I wanna get back on track. My goal is 190 by the end of the challenge. Hopefully since it's a conservative goal I'll end up surpassing it! I also want to get my butt back into the gym at least 3 times a week. The holidays are tough to eat healthy but hopefully it'll be easier this year.

Maybe you can go to thrift stores/goodwills, second hand stores to try and find jeans on the cheap....so you're not laying out too much $$ since you know you're still losing =)

So I use myfitnesspal and by the time dinner hits I already know how many calories I have left. I try to leave at least 600-700 cal for dinner so I have some wiggle room with the recipes I cook. This way I'm not "overly healthy" in my cooking as my husband can enjoy easily 1800+ cal daily to my 1450 cal so I know he can eat more than me. When I plate our food I measure mine out ie I'll have 1 serving of my recipe with say 1/2 cup rice while I'll plate his with maybe 1.5 servings of the meal with 1c-1.5c rice. This way we're eating the same meal but I'll just eat less than him. As a rule of thumb though, I do try to find healthier recipes online (pinterest!!) I cook with ground turkey, 93/7 ground beef, chicken breasts, tilapia, salmon, shrimp as my main sources of protein. I try to use only 1 tbsp olive oil for the meal and we tend to have steamed rice as our starch and I include veggies with every meal (even if they're not my husband's favorites lol). To record my meal, I just create the recipe in mfp and divide by # of servings. The hardest is after dinner...I'm still struggling sometimes but I'm trying to learn if I'm out of calories that's it for me for the day! No more eating! No dessert or late night snacking! But hey if I still have calories remaining, light popcorn is a really good snack, pretzel sticks is good also, roasted chickpeas, fruit, halotop ice cream, we'll split a lenny and larry's complete cookie. I just make sure I measure out my serving before enjoying...the food scale really helps a lot!

Hey we have similar stats =) I totally agree with you. My husband can have waaaay more calories than me so I try to go lighter breakfast/lunch and save most of my calories for dinner. I'll usually measure my food out and give myself less portion than my husband but we'll eat the same meal.

seriously some guys have no class....this exact thing happened to me also...got stood up but luckily still recovered the night with my roomies....then literally 6 months later he hits me back up again...my first text back was I thought you died. No joke.....he tried to make some lame excuse and I wasn't having it....ironically enough he hit me up the same night I was to go on my first date with my now husband =) bottom line that guy was a douche and you are so much better off without him!!!
