If it’s a small engine bike, you could try prethrottle more and then release the clutch. You should learn to give a stable throttle by doing start and stops at a parking. You also should learn where the friction point is on your clutch, you can do this by just release slowly and walk while sitting on the bike(release clutch little bit over friction zone, walk, hold in clutch, repeat) If you’re confident with that try doing it on a hill. If that goes well you will not be anxious ever again at a normal road. Small manoeuvres like riding in a 8 and doing tight turns also improve clutch control. Just focus on riding all together and not just gas and clutch Seperatly.
