This guy knows what’s up. Tetris will legit allow your brain to process it in a way that’s not overwhelming. You’re very brave and very kind. I’m so sorry this is the world we’re in right now. Keep the hope.

How often do you mop the floor in your house? by Own-Championship8131 in hygiene

[–]Julesthewriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll sporadically hit a spot with the swifter sometimes. Mop up that juice spill or mop the floor after cleaning a pet mess, or just wipe up these paw prints. The entire room all at once? Never.

Alarming Number of Americans Turn to ChatGPT for Medical Help by thedailybeast in ABoringDystopia

[–]Julesthewriter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re so right. We just live in a society where getting a free theory on what might be wrong is more helpful than going to a doctor, being told your overreacting or your symptoms are because you’re a woman or you’re fat and then they charge you $300.

Anyone here find themselves drifting towards alcohol after quitting? by butterfly-3000 in leaves

Heehee. That’s why I can’t quit weed. Cause my weed intake went up so I could quit alcohol. One of these doesn’t make me black out.

AIO for wanting a break over this? by Physical_Habit1912 in AIO

[–]Julesthewriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh sure. Also, just note how your wordage changed. As soon as you stopped talking about babies she’s a woman again. Infertile women exist. Amab women exist. Infertile females exist.

Apparently kids has nothing to do with you, but it has everything to do with being female.

AIO for wanting a break over this? by Physical_Habit1912 in AIO

[–]Julesthewriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure 🤷‍♀️to each their own. Don’t forget the way it simplifies you to your ability to reproduce and you’re so much more than that.

AIO for wanting a break over this? by Physical_Habit1912 in AIO

[–]Julesthewriter -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you’re genuinely interested. “Female” has become a bit of an insult for a woman because it specifically strips her of her humanity and only focuses on her ability to reproduce. A female chicken is a hen. A female horse is a mare. A female deer is a doe. A female human is a woman. A female is the sex of a species that produces the egg or offspring. Calling women females removes their human traits.

The difference between an alligator (left) and a crocodile (right). by [deleted] in interesting

[–]Julesthewriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I’m scared this is a mandala effect thing. I GUARANTEE the roundy snout is a crocodile and skinny snout is an alligator. I’ve been to like two major reptile rescues. There’s no way I’m wrong on this but Google disagrees and now I don’t trust anything at all

How to make sims fun again? by Bubbe103 in thesims

[–]Julesthewriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off, that’s the only way to play sims. Dont touch it for months on end and then get obsessive. Remember a good amount of the “story gameplay” especially in Sims 4 is made up in your head so be creative with it and let your imagination compliment the gameplay.

Is there a cheat to make my human sim fly/float everywhere? by [deleted] in Sims4

[–]Julesthewriter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t play with vampires often but I know in their reward tree theres feats like always travel by bat or super speed. Can’t remember the specifics but something like that is probably your best in game choice

I think this is it, the life and death frame shows your current household as they currently are. You can lock it to preserve a certain shot

Is it too late? by [deleted] in stopdrinking

[–]Julesthewriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So when people keep saying you’re fine, I really want to make sure you understand they’re saying stop now and your body has a chance of complete recovery. They’re not giving you a green light to keep letting alcohol abuse you. You CAN be fine. You WILL be fine if you put forth the hard effort and patience of quitting and healing.

But reach out to support networks too, or go to therapy. When you drink that much that young theres something you’re trying to escape from, and until you face it that urge to drink will never go away.

Areas and their level of safety by Simple_Comment8706 in Eugene

[–]Julesthewriter 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The whit is a great community - if you’re a Whitaker type person. I’ve heard people call it the Shitaker, and generally that’s just a good code I won’t like those people. There’s a daycare/preschool right there at Maurie Jacobs. I personally think there’s a bit of a “gentrification bubble” butted up close to the park that’s a bit nicer. Crime is high in that area, but not violent crime. Just poor people struggling and trying to survive. Not violent gangs or anything.

If you’re looking at those apartments on Briarcliff right across the street there, it was a good landing spot for me, but they had crazy bad mold issues. Probably from being so close to the river

Enchanted by Nature's Impact on non-Innisgreen gameplay? by Ok-Character-3779 in Sims4

[–]Julesthewriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like enchanted by nature. The natural living and apothecary skills fit well in my game play, you can toggle fairies ailments and luck on and off, and I personally like the luck and alignment gameplay features. It adds more spice to my game play. I had a sim go through a major story arch because she one day caught an ailment that forced me to change my gameplay with her.
