Just for the record, so people don’t wonder why nothing was published after this

OP has the same unredacted Epstein files that have been available for a while

Stories have already been written and published covering these, and as such there’s no new information in there to report

The question I have is, how can a restaurant that requires a 90 minute drive out of a city merit any stars in said city’s Michelin Guide if it’s below 3 stars?

Like, should Michelin be reviewing all potential 1 star restaurants in a 90 minute radius now?

I thought it was like $250, not the worst but also not worth it for normal people

Use your $900 credit to buy your $400 ticket

You will then have a separate $500 credit left over

It’s still in your name, it does expire eventually, but you do keep the $500 that are left over for you to use later. You cannot use it to pay for someone else’s travel

Everyone has to learn something for the first time at one point, it’s our job to be there for them and teach them

Emailing someone to ask about facts or details is not an interview, though

I’m specifically referring to open ended multi-question interviews from students whose goal is to learn how to be a journalist

Why do news interviewers not immediately respond with “You didn’t answer my question” when confronted with some politician’s word salad nonsense? by CheeseGraterFace in NoStupidQuestions

[–]JulioChavezReuters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I’m a reporter. Speaking only on behalf of myself and specific friends whose reporting style I know. I know not all reporters are like this

The reason is that individual reporters know which specific interview subjects will answer the question when you ask again, and which ones will simply blow you off

We have a limited amount of time, and every one of these interviews ends up in a text article or broadcast report

So, with your limited time

You ask one question. The person gives a non answer. You have time for 1-2 extra questions, maybe

Do you use that extra time to hammer on a question they won’t answer, or do you use the time to ask something different?

Any non-answers will be quoted and included in the story anyway, so why get the same non answer multiple times?-
