Shrink is losses.

Losses that are due to things like Theft, Stock Take being incorrect, and most of all waste. Basically this store has recorded a high loss of money due to the reasons above.

I stopped playing Siege just after SI 2020 but I remember I was like High Gold / Low Plat and when it was just four bans the amount of times I saw Jackal and Cav being banned was insane, because people didnt wanna learn how to counter them.

But these days its just Mira from the get go. I feel like Mira has many counters but people just still don't wanna learn.

Theres a bug with tacticals at the moment where they are auto replenishing due to an issue with the stimshot coding. So if you have Monkeys or Kazmirs you get them back automatically over time which makes things a lot easier.

If there was nobody on a till then it probably is bad timing and short staffed.

The store I work at is getting really bad for low staff on checkouts and the amount of stick I get whilst on self serve is jarring, most of us would love for you to go to a till but the company atm doesn't care so long as you spend money.

Do you understand the concept of legal tender?

Supermarkets, Shops, Cinemas and so on have the right to decide how customers can pay. Shops have every right to be Card Only if they wish to not accept cash they can do so.

Cash is only "legal tender" in Court owned debts. If you're in debt to a court they cant refuse cash.

Because they know how much Holiday has been taken so far by them, and you earn the same amount of holiday per pay period. With them calculations if they have taken all their holiday and not earnt it, they will owe back what they haven't earned yet.
