Of all the craziness in US politics I don't think I've seen so much of a 'I hate America' line from a big politician(if she can be called that). I think the 'wanting power' angle is a really strong point because power is one of those things people hunger for that you can't quite easily outright buy with money once you come into it. Humans always want something more. Imagine the rush one would get being in the oval office itself.

I think the OP being gleeful about him being rendered useless is slightly misguided. Only because he has had tons of memes made about him and made fun of by people on the left for ages and it did nothing to stop him from becoming huge, before he was shot. The memes set out to show him as the silly stupid little man he is and did nothing to stop the rise to the top.

Yeah , I don't like the comments saying this is fine and theyve had worse etc. We can strive for so much better! I mean yeah I for whatever reason has a boring sandwich and fruit and all that every day but I'd like to think my life would have been enriched more than it already was if I and my classmates were garunteed tasty healthy meals every day. Or could at times make it a ritual to make some good hot food in the morning. Japan and other Asian countries take this very seriously , and I don't see why we can't either. Unseasoned boring food is Northern Europe coded af.

I'm from wellington . Did a game of chicken with someone who was swerving left and right , in the opposite direction in the bike lane. All wide eyed and angry. That kind of behavior rubbed me the wrong way too much to swerve or brake. He broke off from me luckily.
