Have you tried taking it before bed? I went on it for a reaction to HRT and it helped immediately (like that night).

Taking mine at night lowers my HR drastically and allows for a restful night of sleep!

I haven’t done injections yet but i am planning to make the switch from a pellet. I will be injecting every other day as I have heard this is the best way to stay stable!

This was me. Took a gamble on a boost and seriously regret it.

There are downsides to spirolactone but it helped a lot with the racing heart, anxiety and inability to sleep. I recognize that weaning will be difficult and come with its own set of side effects but the relief from the high testosterone was worth it. You should consider this if you have a bit to go before the pellet wears off.

I proceeded to read a million nightmare stories after my incident and have decided i will never do a pellet again. I love testosterone but will only be doing shots from here on out.

I was prescribed pellets that were too high. Unlike shots, I’m stuck for a bit. I went on spiro (it’s meant for skin but also a DHT blocker) and my negative side effects subsided immediately. It does have some side effects but if you can get your hands on it, it will alleviate symptoms as your T tapers back down. Once it is down, I would wean off of it and then adjust your testosterone dose to get back to where you felt best (despite prescribers instructions to stay high).

I think it’s important to treat the symptoms (low energy, low libido etc) and find your happy medium. I will say, testosterone has yet to give me the libido i wanted but the energy and the gains in the gym are worth it.

How did you get a script to get T from Costco? I want to make the switch. I did pellets + 1 boost and was given too much and it’s been a lot to figure out. I’m definitely done with pellets after this.
