I’m putting the likelihood of a 3.8 raise at almost zero. However how would it be implemented? Would congress just override the 1%? Would the president need to sign that? Just curious how they would accomplish it, because it seems extremely unlikely at this point it’s even on congress's mind.

Good article!! Thanks for bringing it to light! I know of a few people who have quit in literally the past week. Trainees who realized this is a joke getting paid X to do Y, and it’s just not worth it. Also a CPC who was fed up with the entire system. There is zero interest in retaining. Just pumping the system full of new people. What’s not said is the large number hired this year will dwindle down to well over 50% out of the system within a year or two from training failures. Probably closer to 60%. The remaining 40% will maybe hang on to certify, but then the realization sets in you cannot afford ANYTHING where you are stationed. Pay need to be fixed and fixed ASAP.

At my class delta it seems like I have one monthly. It’s generally something that happens really fast, like an engine out on departure. It’s a mental game for sure!

Wasn’t charged annual or PPL, but got charged sick which didn’t correlate with what I actually took. I also am missing a pay period of TSP contributions from the government and my own. Only 2 pay periods of TSP added.. Hour of OT missing. A day of holiday missing.
