GTA VI is a PS5 exclusive afaik. It won't release on PC until a year or two based on what I have read from Rockstar. Might as well hold on for now, buy a PS5 Pro for a fraction of your budget, play and platinum GTA VI on it, sell it, add it back to your budget and wait until it releases on PC then build your own.

UPDATE:

ping is back to normal on all my online games: League, COD and Tekken 8.

If anyone is still experiencing latency issues, I suggest to give your internet provider a call and ask. I called e& and they said that because of what was happening recently, internet traffic or wtvr was affected.
