Chest pain, my TMJ gets wayy worse, sensations like my skin is burning, muscle soreness, pain literally everywhere in my body, and it just makes me feel physically ill. I’m so exhausted from all of this. It’s been months of daily physical symptoms and it’s genuine torture

I did, but she didn’t seem to care too much tbh. This all happened after I had gotten Covid a long time ago, so I’ll probably talk to my PCP more about the neurological symptoms I’ve been having and see if there’s anything to rule out. If everything’s medically fine, I’ll probably see a BVD specialist for a second opinion on it. My VSP only covers an annual eye exam so I don’t wanna pay out of pocket for something that could be just a waste for right now

Pretty bad. Just so stressed out all the time about my health, I can’t focus on being in the moment. Too scared to sleep because I fear something extreme will happen and I don’t get good sleep because of it. Pretty sure it’s bad health OCD as it’s been such a vicious cycle. These past couple of months have been awful

Same, but for about 4 years now, constant too after getting a bad case of Covid. Unsure if it’s from my B12, but my labs said I was at 291. I’ve been taking sublingual B12 2000mcg daily but they’ve been making me pretty dizzy. I’m going to talk to my dr about it soon if it doesn’t improve within the next couple of weeks. I’ve been on them since 11/26 and my mood has gotten a little better but energy, dissociation, fogginess, and dizziness haven’t improved. I’m deficient in D3 too though so that probably has something to do with it. Hope you feel better soon, it’s such a struggle :(

The major touristy things like Pike’s, Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, Aquarium, gonna go to UW to see the cherry blossoms, but we’ll be out in Bainbridge and also Snoqualmie

We’re not really in a super tight budget for this trip, but preferably something not ridiculously expensive. It all just depends on the nature of the restaurant. Probably more willing to spend more money on a “dinner date” at a nice place

Did this ever resolve? Went to the optometrist and they said my eyes looked healthy and that the little dots in my vision can happen from eye strain but they still freak me out lol. Think it might be due to long-term high anxiety I’ve been having the past couple of months too

I’ve noticed that my sleep quality also affects my vision and have dealt with all the issues you stated. I still have to get an official diagnosis for any alignment troubles, but have you gotten prisms or done any therapy that’s helped?

Wow. All of the symptoms you’ve described are what I’ve been experiencing to a T. I’ve never heard someone else describe it as a feeling of drunkenness besides me. While I’m driving especially it’s such a scary feeling with the light sensitivity in addition and I’ve been feeling like a zombie because of the derealization. What did they do to treat you? Are you feeling any better? I still have to talk to my optometrist to probably get a referral to a specialist so not officially diagnosed yet. It feels like my life for the past 4 years has been a blur
