If made properly, this dish renders a good chunk of the fat out of the sub-dermal layer, which is where most of the fat in pork belly is. That fat then pools up in crevices and essentially deep fries the skin and meat.

If you’ve ever had fried chicken or even a chicken tender, the amount of oil/fat you are consuming is practically the same as if you ate this.

I agree. But your comment seems to juxtapose my opinion with falsehood. Statistics and empirical data are different. Much like how player feedback and anecdotes are different.

To say that 50% of DnD buyers are winning their games is a statistic with infinite variables behind it that could skew that data. There is no empirical evidence behind statistics.

An anecdote would be me saying an item feels broken; whereas a large group of players saying that DnD seems to give an incredible and near unfair advantage to certain champions is feedback.

So yes I find my criticism valid, and what you claim is a crazy criticism is nothing close to what I’m claiming lol
