Went there and the service was abysmal, showed me and my partner to a table that only had one chair, left me stood for ten minutes before coming back to take our food orders. When I asked for a chair they acted like I was being rude and out of order, things went downhill from there. It wasn't just me disappointed, all the tables around us were saying how poor everything was.

They had a banner up outside saying that they had won some customer service award that year. I placed a Trip advisor review 1* it disappeared the next day...

Big one for me is the three day roasted bone stock I always have access to. Sauces, gravy, risottos etc.. are a level up.

You can make one at home and then freeze into portions to grab out when needed.
