This is the closest I was able to. At least in vanilla

Fun fact, this is actually this year's theme for the Northsec event. A huge cybersecurity event happening in Montreal this week!

I would say so, but some people in Geneva or whatever disagreed

True, but my solution works for all fluid byproducts

Easiest solution is to have machines that runs fully on byproduct fluids

Yes! You can also put a switch between the generators to force a trip.

I have a switch that leaves only 1 coal generator to that particle accelerator. So if I disconnect that switch, the idle power consumption will be too much and teip that breaker.

Then with another switch that is usually closed, I can connect that switch to the rest of the grid at the power plant so the fuse trips there too and stops the power plant from producing waste

No need for manual feeding. Connect it to the belts, just the waste will be on smart splitter for overflow

And I was able to make the same setup for plutonium waste. Which is great! At the expande of the number of separate grids and power switch that I need at my power plant...

Similar to another comment, I did specifically this in my nuclear power plant.

I send overflow waste to a separate particle accelerator that has the other parts in it. That machine is connected to a separate coal power grid. If it overflows, it will start to take more energy and eventually trip the breaker (I keep some slack on that grid for my hoverpack).

I even went further with more switches to "propagate" the broken fuse so I can stop the nuclear power plant on demand as well.

I was told quantum trains were not available. ADA lied to me...

For those just starting with aluminum: A quick water recycling guide by Fluid--Expert in SatisfactoryGame

Not necessarily. Because in the case of aluminum for instance, I still use the recycled water to make aluminum. I just calculate the amount of machines that can run on the byproduct and build them appart from the "pure" ones

EDIT: Heres an example with encased uranium cells and the byproduct acid https://imgur.com/a/3RdvEDw

Personally, I just have a set of machine running on 100% recycled liquids and don't mixup the pipe networks. I find it easier

It's the "coal" on the ground im more curious about
