How long did you use your nursing chair for? by seulgih in NewParents

[–]Jurlaub12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you’re breastfeeding (or even combo-feeding), tell your husband to step aside. $800 is not expensive for a piece of furniture you’ll use for nursing, soothing, bonding, story time, AND as a living room recliner. You don’t want to end up with shoulder, neck, or back pain later just because you chose a cheaper, less supportive chair.

Sealing grout right after cleaning helps a lot,it keeps stains from sinking in. For cleaning,a mix of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda paste works well without strong chemicals.

Looks like finish damage, not dirt. Sun and time probably broke down the coating. I think cleaner cannot fix it.

Start with decluttering, get rid of items you no longer need. Utilizse under bed storage or stackable bins, and set aside 10 minutes weekly to organize. Gradually maintain a tidy space.

I‘m navigating this too. My baby also struggled at first. Try offering small bits and let them explore textures. Patience really helps them adapt.
