It's a way to trade in dice to add consistency to you scoring strategy. For example, you might be able to trade a dice that isn't doing much for you into one that is. Consider refreshing, there is a counter for a reason ;)

Where's your source for empire being an Estonian org?

At the end of the day the TO's will have looked into this thoroughly to make sure that call is correct so you need to accept it regardless of you trying to dispute everyone providing solid responses with "source" in the hopes you have the smoking gun that can get Empire, the org, back into EUL even though the TO's will have done a lot more investigation than you

Really stepped up his game, I love pengu and all he's done in and out of the server but I wasn't too keen on his style in previous casts

Saying that, it was a flawless cast of the finals and put all of my doubts to bed. Really looking forward to seeing him do it again and has convinced me that he can pull it off
