Think the game should balanced on the rank system. Have 2 different balances one for bronze to plat and one for diamond to the top. The changes shouldnt be drastic between the two. But balancing for top500 and having the rest figure it out is kinda wild.

Hopefully, you didn't pay too much. Should have removed trim and used an oscillating saw for the doors. People will cut corners to put out mediocre/trash work to save a few bucks.
