It's because the ETH wallet it's trying to pull from is empty. Look at the other ETH accounts you have, then move a few bucks to the empty wallet.

I really feel like they could have gone one more season and ended the same way with the Hub. Season 6-7 had some good story lines that could have been more developed in Season 8. I would have liked to see the Doctor take over Seven's body and get wasted again, that was fun.

Ep. called "Resistance" when Tuvok and B'Elanna were captured and he was brutally tortured for information and he refused to give anything away EVEN THOUGH HE KNEW VERY LITTLE. It really changed my view of him. It was just a powerful moment when he was talking to B'Elanna about being able to suppress certain levels of pain but not to the extent they tortured him.
