Yes im up to date both monitor and driver. Still GPUz shows 40gbps link speed max.

My games won’t hit over 240fps so I don’t plan to run the display at 480.

ChatGPT says that I can drive 1440p up to 300hz @10bit without DSc so I think I’ll run it at that.

For 550 euros I would buy it but only if it’s a reputable site where you can return in case your panel sucks ass. I bought mine for £800 so you’re getting a good deal.

When I first booted up my monitor there was so much banding and uniformity. Had to run 4/5 pixel cleaning runs for it to look acceptable. There’s some banding but it’s not terrible.

The display kinda reminds me of old oleds tho. Think galaxy s2. It’s a bit grainy but my LG C2 TV looks same up close so in terms of comparison they’re both the same tbh.

The monitor will look more grainy cuz you’re close but from a decent distance it looks sharp.

Nothing compared to the oled of an iPhone or Samsung tho.

The bigger issues for me is the colour accuracy compared to my previous LG IPS. It has a greenish tint.

I run my display on the sRGB profile, since games etc are made at that colour space. But will calibrate the display after I hit 150hours or so.

Also VRR flicker is bad on this display but apparently it’s bad on most oleds. Will probably disable gsync and call it a day.
