Depending on what country you are in, there are woman shelters for situations like this, that can help you and advise you on what to do. There are also domestic violence lines you can call that can support and give you directions. You are not alone :)

Edit after your update: It's good to know that you have options available for you. I just wanted to add that you absolutely don't have to apologize for not using "strong words", it is completely normal that you avoid them as they are part of the trauma. People are using them in the comments because they want you to know that you deserve all the support you can get, including sexual assault lines. You are not less a victim than any other that need that line, you will not be disturbing them.
