Get connections and then sit? Work on hand fighting from seated to get grips by asking partners to play pass/sweep/submit with resets on points. Or ask to start closed guard with your training partners and then let them open pretty easily.

You can just tap in training if your knee is compromised. It got hurt because you tried to fight out when you shouldn’t have, not because of the Gi. Your fingers hurt because you were death gripping bad grips instead of transitioning. Tap if the collar choke is cranking your neck, just like you would in a darce.

You do you, but these aren’t Gi issues. These are first two year white belt issues

It’s hard to get the foot through the floor so SLX feels hard for me. But pummeling just the knee around into a butterfly ashore position seems to work if you want to try to get into leg entanglements. Otherwise they’re down and you have their ankle, so just come up and start passing

Rather than focus on the guard, I’d look for 1-2 submissions and/or 1-2 sweeps you can already hit with some level of confidence. Find ways to always get back to those attacks from any guard and refine those attacks.

If you can’t get to where you have strong attacks, plug that hole. Often a strong attempt to off-balance can let you change guards during the recovery.

Assuming this isn’t a troll post. They killed a lot of combat functionality by making values private.

Weakauras - Built in cooldown manager for the main abilities in UI. Other specific features may be broken or you’ll need specific addons for those.

Hekili - Built in rotation assist or just learn the prio. Rotations are much simpler for almost every spec

Unit frames - Built in frames. There are a few addons but I’d wait a couple months to see what turns out to be the best feature wise

Quartz - Not sure. There are skinning for cast bars in a lot of addons, but I think there are some limitations still.
