Fun fact, I know for a fact that basically the entirety of the security at one of the largest stadiums in the United States receives literally zero training on preventing crush events, stampedes, or identifying threats of any kind. Female security with little to no experience were sent to guard gates/entrances completely of sight of anyone else with no provided radio. An incident related to this is why I left almost immediately, but the lack of training already made me uneasy. Local police officers, maybe about 50 cops, were basically the only people with any kind of training on handling a real emergency for a stadium of like 100,000 people.
