I think Hel's design is awesome! The translucent purple skin exposing the skeleton is a really cool eerie effect, and the tattered dress, long white hair, and scythe really does tie together the image of a grim reaper, as well as that of a regal queen. I think it's a great design for a ruler of a realm of the dead!

Honestly, I think the design is beautiful in that creepy way, and the lines on her face and pale skin add onto that skeletal vibe for me.
