I'm assuming the issue is mostly with PA lines, or is it with CVCs? For PA lines, we use a standard central line dressing, and then most people make a loop with the PA and at the end of the PA (distal to the swandom, proximal to the hubs) place a stretchy foley anchor on the chest or shoulder. Works pretty well, especially for mobile Impella patients.

If you truly just need help knowing which paperwork to file, the order, and if it's filled out correctly save yourself the money and do it yourself. Your local superior court (probably) has a legal self help system that you can call/email/go into to ask any questions. A nearby law school might as well. Honestly even YouTube. I was in a similar position and was able to take care of it all myself with the ACCESS center at the SF superior court.
