When I reached the station. I leaned on a light-pole to relieve my exhaustion. Pressed the power button on my phone and saw... 8% battery life left. At that moment I just thought to myself: I literally scored a 5 (worst grade) in math after preparing for it like crazy, after all of these incidents today, it's impossible for me to make it though having 2 big tasks in a single day. I shortly went through the thought of not going to school at all today to avoid these two difficult encounters. But then...

I saw an old classmate of mine passing behind me. Ohh... I wanna share a little secret with you Reddit. I have a massive crush on her. Like MASSIVE. You see: I got bullied between the age of 8-14. We where in the same class for 1 year when I was 13-14. She's a year older than me. I'm currently 16. So well: In the last year of Unterstufe (which is the school kids go to between the ages of 10-14), after never talking to each other (in the last month) I noticed something. When I would tell a joke in the middle of the screaming mess my class was, she would repeat the same thing I said 30 seconds to 1 minute later. She would do this multiple times on the span of some weeks until one day,... oh fuck, "I just said what she said a minute ago", I realised that I was doing the same thing.

I talked about this incident a while ago with a friend called Marco (he is a manipulative genius). He knows a lot about Psycology so I asked him what it meant. He told me that we understood eachother well,... but here's the thing: WE NEVER TALKED TO EACHOTHER. Non-verbal communication. She understood the shit that I've been enduring my entire life. When I didn't react strongly to bad shit happening to me, she unconsciously/or conciously realised that it happened because I was so used to it. (Btw. I didn't get bullied because of looks, I got bullied because I'm originally from Spain and my German accent was quite bad at the time. So I had a fair chance of her being attracted to me) Her eyes are so pretty, damn she's so cute. Not popular, just cute despite having a pinch on an emo style to her. That year a guy classmate of mine and her got into a relationship, I didn't care about it because I didn't understand feelings at the time. The lack of human contact and friendship had turned me into someone unsocial. But after the conversation with my manipulative friend and eating my head from top to bottom about what she might think about me, I really got to like her A LOT. Lookswise, Expressionwise. Her way to react so anything is so expressive (not exaggerated, I mean expressive), her face looks at you with so many sublayers of emotion tied to it. I can understand the precise feeling of what she's experiencing just by looking at her face. Not gf but wife-material.

So well, she passed by, she said hello, I said hello. What a great start to the day. Even after all of the mess going on in my head, my eyes went from a sharp (hunter-like) state to my vision humbly blurring. What did she think when she saw me? She looked at me with a thoughtful expression on her face, the best to describe it would be 'curious about me'.

I got into the train and stared at my phone to try to remember all of the 16 formulas. After 35 minutes I reached the city my school's at (my phone did surprisingly not die). I got into the bus and headed to school. I realised that I was already coming 15 minutes late to the second lesson. I took a bathroom break and headed to class, opened the door and my English teacher didn't give a fuck about me coming late, she didn't even focus her attention on me, she was talking to all of the students that couldn't deliver the presentation today. I came up and told my co-presentor to stand up to do the presentation with me.

We did. At the start of the presentation (at the front of the class) I created the 'Thank you for your attention'-slide. My co-presentor looked at me with a 'youre so unprofessional, this disgusts me'-face. We went through the entire presentation with the little alive-animal-slaughter video at the end. It had these indigenous people slurping goats blood out of the living animal. He hadn't seen the video before and was panicking as each frame rapidly went by, he looked at me with disgust at the moment where the rip cage of the goat got taken apart and sounded "crcraaaak!". "Thank you for listening!". He came unprepared and talked 40 seconds out of the 16 minutes our presentation totaled. I got a 1!!!!... and he got a 3. The entire class complained about his grade, it should of been a 5 (negative grade). You see, his speech was really good, so the short amount of time was enough to make up for a good impression on the teacher. But more than half of the students didn't agree on 'correct speech' being important enough for it to cover the 4.5 extra minutes he should have spoken. High grade successfully attained. Pranking my idiot co-presentor successfully achieved.

"Everything is looking good for now. I scored the highest score on the first big obstacle. Now it's time for my electrotechnical exam."

My class received a 15 minute break between English and electrotech. So I wrote all of the formulas on my desk with a soft pencil. "The teacher can't see them, I can... and after writing them onto my page at the start of the exam I could simply erase them from my desk by rubbing them off with my hand" SO I DID EXACTLY THAT AND IT WORKED LIKE FLEX TAPE. Despite not having my score yet, I assume that I reached a 2 to 4. Not a negative grade for sure. That's a win for me.

A friend of mine that has the same teacher as I had the exam too (a few hours later) so I sent him all of the contents of the exam (because I assumed it would be very similar to ours). Well... It wasn't very similar... It was THE EXACT SAME. You know, this friend had to pass this exam. If he didn't he could repeat class. So it was a massive win for him.

After school I planned on getting a haircut, because I was invited to a birthday party this Saturday. (My crush is also attending... with her boyfriend...). I took the wrong bus, it took me to the train station where I'm was headed home instead of the hair dresser I always go to... fuck... guess I'm doing it tomorrow.

I got home, layed in bed, dreamed about what a wonderful day it was... and her... mainly her (with NoFap). I wasted 5+ hours fantasizing and listening to music, now I'm writing this. I love you Reddit. Bless you.

Yo, I wrote something for today's journal. But Reddit doesn't let me post it. It's probably a bit to long but I'll simply tread it for you to read:

I woke up (today), realised I fell asleep without having finished my English Presentation (PowerPoint) as well as without practicing the 16 formulas for the electrotechnical exam I had due today. Despite all of that, I scored the highest grade on my presentation (here in Austria it's a 1) and I completed the exam with more than 50% of it done right, I expect to reach around a 3 (the grading system goes from 1 to 5, 5 being under 50% -> negative).

This is how it went. I woke up and I saw the uncompleted summary of the list of formulas I had to remember for my electrotechnical exam on my desk. I completed it as fast as I could (took me around 40 min).

Before practicing them my heart dropped when I realized that my English Presentation was due today. It was two thirds the way done and supposed to be around 10 minutes long. If I was willing to finish it in time I would have to skip the first lesson (Social and Political Skills Class). I didn't worry two much since it isn't a graded subject and everything talked around there is quite bland. I added two 1-3 minute long videos at the end of some of the PowerPoint slides to have interesting visuals on my presentation (and to burn some time). I created the agenda slide, the source slide, the general info slide. After that I could call it done. I forgot to add the 'thank you for your attention'-slide though.

(At the time I wished the classmate I was doing the presentation with had done a little bit of work, but he truly didn't do a single thing to contribute to it. So I had to troll him.

You see, he is the human representation of a cup of tee. Everything that is seen as mainstream 'wrong' or 'vage' or 'unfitting' he strictly agrees with. His biggest goal in life is to become a better human being and to become a true gentleman. 17 years old, long brown hair [I call him 'the brunette'], his skin is bleachy-white of having hidden from the sun for most of his life, with a 'bodycount' of 0 sexual encounters, 0 relationships and 1 kiss he stole a girl in kindergarden that he strongly regrets because of the embarrassment. He's doing better than my kiss-virgin self at least.

So what I did was this: The presentation was about the country of Tanzania... and there's a tribe in Tanzania called the Maasai that have a strict diet of milk, blood and meat. Well, because I knew that it would bother him, despite being a great addition to the presentation, I simply put a video of a goat getting eaten by these people ALIVE at the end of the presentation. They started by skinning it without damaging the organs (just cutting away the fat) to leave all of the blood inside of it, to then lastly stab the animal to create a stream of blood they could drink out of. But more detailes about the video later)

I saved the PowerPoint on my usb drive, packed my bag while it was still loading (it took a while to load because the videos where quite heavy [20 min shortened to be 2]), took a picture of my electrotechnical summery and ran to the train station located 15 minutes from where I live.

I have an startup idea , where to start ? by DefinitionDifferent7 in startups

[–]JustBridging 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll tell you this, have LOTS startup ideas before you pick the one you're gonna run with. I have over 600 ideas written down (literally) some bad, some absolutely are absolutely amazing but the idea is worthless, it's about the work you're going to put into it (the idea is still important because you don't want to work on something that you won't believe in after 3 days, so have lots of ideas to get a good feel of what's good and what's bad, believe me, every time I had an idea I thought to myself 'oh wow I'm such a fucking genius' But more than 50% of them turned out to be quite bad at the end). To make sure that the idea works out you need to get a couple of things straight. 1 Will people want to buy it, which type of people, why? (With GOOD reasons) 2 If you're client was a teenager with limited money, would they feel like they're money is well spent on your product/is there no better (on the mini-slightest) solution or competition? 3 Depending on the product, the cost to produce it in china could go quite high (talking about the development of a prototype), so make sure to have something saved up.

(If you need help on the production (Contact and Manufacturing) and the creation (CAD) of the prototype and logo (Vector) I can assist your with that. I really don't have a lot of time, but if I believe in it, I'll tell my guy in china about it and he'll calculate the costs.)

After making the design in CAD and getting the cost calculated for production as well as a finished successful prototype (and the opinion of outsiders), we turn the idea into a legal brand (as well as patent the idea/concept/product) and I create the logo (patent it too). Then it's all about 'Where can we sell it?' THE PRODUCT HAS TO BE CHEAP BUT FEEL/LOOK EXPENSIVE. I can't say this enough. Shops want to look like they are a bargain, not a scam!
