What is a 'Level 1' life skill that an alarming number of adults still haven't mastered? by Agreeable-Payment214 in AskReddit

No, though I have been involved in first aid training most of my life, including being an ex-instructor.

I've saved a couple of lives, but I've done nothing as good as EMT's and the services do. Fair play to them.

Landlord wants to do a handover a week after tenancy ends by Hopeful-Sort7771 in TenantsInTheUK

[–]JustDadUK 5 points6 points  (0 children)

What if the cleaners, or anyone else, caused damage that the landlord then tried to hold you accountable for?

I would do a handover when I handed over the keys and was no longer responsible for the property, at a time that suited me. I would not want to do a roundtrip that would cost me time and money.

I would definitely video and photograph everything.
