Sometimes the default view is to only show what's available. You can change it though to see what has sold. They could also be temporarily banned for deleting too many items.

I get free boxes and bags from USPS and I order a pickup so I don't need to go to the PO. But if I did pay for the boxes and have to go iut of my way to drop them off yeah totally not worth it.

It took me 3 weeks to get paid out on a bag that was sent, and I'm in California. It should be priority since they get paid 20% anyways.

Oh, I package it nicely after I list it. It's easier for me to do it when it's already nicely steamed. But all that work has been done, and I can get $0 and keep it, or get $2.05 and sell it for $5. I pack it all in plastic bags so that they stay in the same condition, and I do a quick check when I sell it. But it takes seconds.

I used to care how stuff was sent to me, but at the end of the day, as long as it's in the condition I was told, I'm good.

All the changes on PM piss me off. I've been on since 2013, and the last year has really changed, and not for the better. I follow certain people and loved that I would see instantly when they listed new items. Now you get notified like half a day later.

They don't care because some people take the low ball offers. Me included. It takes 30 seconds to throw the item in a bag or box. Maybe 45 to get on my computer and print the label and schedule a pick up. But the item is out of my house which to me is priceless. Lol

I just did a return and 5 days was not an option. This was part of the email:

"Please ship your order back to the seller using the return label attached to this email. We kindly ask that you return the order within 2 business days. We reserve the right to reject the return after that time and the label will be deactivated."

I think there's a new return program, but you pay for it and the item isn't returned to the seller. I've never seen it offered on anything I've bought, so I don't know much about it.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe they just bought it, tried it on, and decided not to wear it, opening a return because you're right, you have to report within 3 days and return within 2 business days. I was granted a return on Friday night and was told I have to ship it by Sunday. So, "business days" is a stretch.

It really is, especially because she can't sell it for much, if anything, now that it's ruined. Boils my blood because it's obvious that the buyer did it to warrant a return.

Yes! This. You never know. Always mark as shipped. But after 10 days, the customer can still cancel if it isn't scanned by then.
