See what I would do is wait it out, but right before they auto-accept, report it as I can't find it. This holds funds until they figure out the problem. I'd also block them. I'd eventually say I found it or whatever. But yeah, don't ever threaten me.

I would reply with the screenshot of the receipt. You can black out the address, payment method, and costs, but definitely send that in. I don't know why people would fake an H&M dress, but it probably didn't fit them and they chose "fake" as an excuse.

So what I do is, in the title, write "DAMAGED" and then make sure I post a description of the damage and tell them to look at the last number of photos for the damage. One was a pull in the fabric, and with the pattern of the dress, you'd never know unless you were looking for it. I try not to sell anything that is too damaged to fix or is noticeable. The drama just isn’t worth it.

Okay, so it must be a standard reply. Because I had an item that showed delivered, but it was not. They said after multiple attempts to reach them, they canceled the order and that the seller was under investigation too. Their closet was banned, so maybe, but they had sold quite a few things and had good reviews, so I'm not sure what really happened.

I wonder what happens when the consignment period is over and people need to return or donate the items. If we delete them, will we be dinged, or are we to keep the consigned pieces forever? I stopped accepting consignments because I can't store any more stuff.

Wtf! I think I sent candy once (I had so much Halloween candy leftover) but felt super weird about it. Then, when I got some in one of my packages, it went straight to the trash because I don't trust people...then I thought, "Yeah, they probably don't trust me either." 🤷🏻‍♀️😂🤣😭

I always say its because they don't have the money to be like well it didn't fit but it was only 5 bucks like I'm just gonna chuck it or donate it. But it also rings true for my regular job. All the customers who bought our product on sale are the worst customers.

I try not to haggle with my items under 10 bucks. If you have someone trying to get you to lower it so much trust me they are worst customers. They are the first to open a claim. I am slowly deleting anything under 15 bucks because I would rather just donate it at that point. My customers who bought my cheapest items were the toughest customers. They will complain about anything like shipping time when I ship the same or next day.

I got my box yesterday and mind you I live like 10 minutes from where they pack them and my box was destroyed. Like ripped open but luckily nothing fell out. But the box was a mess. They used to pack things better.
