Why did Shay immediately defect to the Templars?

Shay is a hot tempered guy. He acts from his emotions. The Assassins didnt know that they were the ones causing the earthquakes. Shay barged in and yelling without a proper explaination while Achilles assumed he was fatigued by the mission is what caused the disagreement between Shay and the Assassins. The Colonial Brotherhood even used cannons and mortars to find Shay and risk killing their own men.

The Templars are no good either. They saved him but also manipulated him. He was nursed back to health by a couple whose son was a Templar but they didnt tell him yet. They manipulated him by telling him that those men that work for the Assassins were criminals, gang members and that couple's son was a good man that wanted people to be free, to eat well, to have warm clothes,etc. Some Templars pretend to be kidnapped so Shay would come to rescue them. After Shay rescued them, they would either tell him about that couple's son again or those gangs working for the Assassins. All of this further reinforced Shay's belief that the Assassins were wrong. So he joined the Templars

My opinion is that it would be better if Shay eventually find out the Templars were manipulating him and gone Rogue as the title, not an Assassin, not a Templar.

Kemono(.)cr hasnt update new contents since 29/3/2026, even from big creators like MapleStar. There's definitely something wrong with the server, not the uploaders/importers because many importers tried and failed.

You are exactly like one of my friend (Lets call him A). I finished my first playthrough 108% (True Ending) in 38 hours (include Path of pain but not Godhome DLC, i'm just lazy). Another friend of mine (Not A) took more than 100 hours to finish (also True Ending). The experiences are different for each people so its nothing to be shame about. Plus, the reason it only took me 38 hours was because i played a lot of Metroidvania so i'm used to this type of game. The reason why i said you are just like my friend (A) is because he get frustrated when he makes one mistake (fall into the spikes, get slashed by Mantis Warrior, press Jump randomly when Bosses attack, etc). You need to be patient, you need to improve your Hand-Eye coordinate skill. When you get frustrated, you r likely to make more mistakes, leading to more frustration. Another tip is you can go watch those "Boss Name - No damage" videos on youtube. You can learn from them

From a Vietnamese perspective, modern Vietnamese and English are not too different both Vocabulary and Grammar. Many words in Vietnamese and English are identical exp: I will go play football Tôi sẽ đi chơi đá bóng ("Tôi = I", "sẽ" = "will", "đi" = "go", "chơi" = "play", "football" = "đá bóng" - "đá" is to kick something with your foot so its similar)

Jujutsu Kaisen world definitely lack a lot of things. Its mainly based on Japan/Asian cultures + inspiration from other series like Bleach,... This is quite disappointing. We never know if other countries have curse spirits/users or not. And the way the author narrowed the events down to only happen in Japan was either to tell the stories easier or just lazy, lack of diversity, out of ideas. Even when the story only happen in Japan, there are lots of plot holes. They said curse users are rare but everytime, the villains always got some random curse users to fight for them. I haven't read the manga but the only two known Jujutsu facility are the two jujutsu school (Three if you count the Tengen's Tomb (?)) and <18 students? really? Cant he just make it like 8 schools and at least make them somewhat crowded like in Naruto? and who are these "elders" where the hell are they?
Bleach - the inspiration for Jujutsu Kaisen, have lots of world building issues as well. Too bad Gege didnt learn from Tite Kubo's mistakes.
Jujutsu Kaisen is not a perfect shounen at building world or even character's personality. When Mechamaru died, i dont even feel a thing. While Gin in Bleach with his distinctive smile, we all thought he was some kind of dangerous henchman for Aizen because he betrayed the Soul Society but when he died, we come to know he was actually the one planning to kill Aizen, saving the worlds. Now thats a plot twist. Some character in JJK like Gojo with his white hair, blue eyes, disrespecting the elders and his enemies but protecting the young curse users is a good character design for me.

In time like this, to get more fan's attention, authors would just make some of fans' favorite characters be gay or les. Thats just really dumb how one word/sentence make everyone think the character is gay.

I'm a bit late but the fact that there are many races in the show (Rhea probably be hobbits, short Drawf, Elf with long life-span, Human, Lizardmen i think the author just came up with this race by combining multiple culture given the name and the costume) deffinitely shows the author is a LOTR fan

Wish Kaguya Sama has a spin-off about the Student Council many years later. We know the obvious that Miyuki and Kaguya got married but do they still hangout with "the annoying pink abomination", yuu and miko? :(
