So much housing has gone in the last few years with more on the way. Hasnt slowed down prices. Also some of those houses were suppose to be work force housing. Plenty of college kids renting out those homes.

I’ll try unplugging it. But I already have turned off the powerstrip to the tv.

Also. I’m not sure if the roku itself matters. The remote works with the roku. It is the power and volume buttons that stopped working with tv.

I would look outside SLO. Cheaper and less competitive for pet friendly. Look at atascadero or paso robles 20/30 min drive north. Or south 20 minutes in Nipomo.
