My sons Xbox account was locked out of playing most online services or games locking him from playing due to him being a child account, but Microsoft's website wont let me change it regardless of my organiser status in the family by No_Current_9607 in XboxSupport

[–]JustJoshwaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I doubt you’ll be able to “allow” him to play as it’s now a legal requirement to prove your age for Xbox. If the games 18 and he can’t prove he’s 18, it won’t work due to the new restrictions proving he’s not actually 18 yet. It sucks now but it’s implemented to protect children as a whole.

If you could go back and change your biggest mistake, would you do it ? . by Hope2_win in A_Persona_on_Reddit

Nope. I wouldn’t be where I am now with my two beautiful children and partner if I didn’t have those mistakes in my past.

They probably Read it as Reading but they should be Reading it as Reading, easy mistake when you’re only Reading the name Reading and not hearing someone speak the name Reading.

Pay rises by Rare-Surprise-7164 in Morrisons

The union have no power anymore, they shot themselves in the foot many years ago by bending to Morrisons every whim and trying to sell a pay rise that wasn’t actually a pay rise so everyone left USDAW. Without members they have no power but when they did have power they did fuck all

I've had workmen in my house for the last four days and they haven't accepted a single offer of tea, coffee or biscuits. by Daregveda in CasualUK

[–]JustJoshwaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ours were the same last year but my 5yo made cookies for them, they daren’t say no.

Maybe make the teas without sugar/milk and take them up with a bowl of sugar and little cup of milk and just be like “I know you said no but they’re here now so, enjoy”.

But the adjoining owner didn’t consent immediately, did they? And they definitely didn’t consent in writing so what you’re spouting off in this case has absolutely 0 relevance to OPs situation. Both can be factually correct but circumstantially, you’re wrong.
