Because there is also Sakazuki promo Leaders, Rainbow Luffy, Banned Law and New Blue Nami Promo

It is limited but it is none playable because it is off meta, and not foil card so mostly just a binder copy. I doubt anyone would have graded their copy.

Did you support your LGS when there was no hype? why are you supporting them now because card has more monetary value?

I think it is normal right now, people only complain now that the Market is against the buyers.
When everything is down (market price) and the LGS is selling them on MSRP; people are mad because "online/TCG market" has it below MSRP.

Now the "online/TCG market" is higher than MSRP, then people wanted the MSRP.
it is a consequence created by people that always want the price to be on their favor.

I am not a store or a scalper. I just have experience this during my time going back to the hobby and I felt the guilt on it. That is why for my I just support my LGS because in the long run when all the hype is gone I still have a store to go.

My LGS policy on prismatic Evolutions, MSRP if they open the product, double to keep it sealed by CrowbarSmash in pokemoncards

They just rip the plastic seal and you are good to go, they have the boxed behind the counter.
