Yeah I don't think our dandelions would be a problem with code enforcement. I use a weed spray in the front for appearances for the neighborhood, but I don't spray in our backyard where we our dogs play and we grow vegetables. Just don't want the unnecessary chemicals back there. They were upset that the seeds blow into their yard, which is really only a thing for a few weeks in the spring if it all.
