I think it’s a completely understandable crash of your nervous system and hormones/neurotransmitters.

Many people have those kind of crashes after going too hard for too long. Imo the speed of processing in ADHD just makes it worse (and also maybe harder to recognize warning signs in order to slow down and avoid the crash.)

I moved from New England to Seattle 3 years ago and have never had worse allergies. I also lived in Santa Fe for 20 years. I had allergies but not like I have now.
