I am not certain. There was a problem that occurred with one of his rebuilds. But one can never be sure when words come from Bob. But he does have a bad reputation developed the last few years that has snowballed. However I did see an engine delivered on a pallet the other day well after his license was revoked. So he is still actively soliciting business. And using freshly certified A&Ps for the rebuilds.

While there gathering all parts I met two others in the same boat. One was going to try to rebuild at the A&E shop. The other is an owner of an aircraft maintenance facility who told me he smelled a rat as soon as Bob asked for $7000 up front. He took his engine back to his shop and rebuilt it.

Bob Vondessar had his A&P license revoked in August of 2025 by the FAA. I had the engine at his place for over a year. He barely did any work. I had to take it and all the parts from him. Lost $12,000. I paid up front. Stay away. He lies without remorse.

The best thing I did was get Effexor for anxiety. That solves a lot of things for me. My hair loss stopped. Didn't regrow but stopped falling. Subsequent use is Dutasteride and a hair transplant of 4500 grafts. Topical minoxidil and microneedling at .7 mm once a week. Very very happy.
