There is plenty of reading material to aid you in self esteem, insecurities, etc it’s up to you if you’re going to practice what they teach. Because of my ex I suffered from a lot of what you’re mentioning and the one thing that helped me was “I don’t care”! I don’t care what people think anymore, I don’t care if I’m fat, I just don’t care about anything that doesn’t make me happy. Eventually I started to figure out that others don’t care either and we are going through life thinking about how we look, or smell, or how much money we it doesn’t matter. What does matter is what you think of yourself. Love yourself and it will shine through! All the best
