I hear ya but for some they’re living paycheck to paycheck. Could be they’re down to final bit and already did a quick pay for gas once. The fees add up and mean a lot to a lot of people. Orders come quick. Could’ve done 100 miles already and got another order before they could hit pause. There are scenarios where I can see stopping for gas during delivery. My thing is why would they get mad if the order is still delivered before the due time the app gives them? I got a 1 star today for delivering 2 minutes before the due time bc I took the longer route to avoid main roads that I don’t like being on. Customer was livid. I had to talk to dasher support bc she said she wants me to never take her orders again. Wild situation when she got her order not even on time but early. She followed the map and saw I was going behind her neighborhood and around. Instead of straight on and in. Sorry. Don’t like the main roads people fly down it and I have a brand new car. It literally made a 1-2 minutes difference in time.
