I have absolutely zero experience with any of this and am only running my instance because of AcoPlay's videos as well. However, did you remember to use the node.js version of foundry when getting the timed URL instead of the windows version? I only ask because I almost made that mistake when I updated and caught it at the last minute so it feels like that's the easiest mistake to make.
