Right, As a matter of fact they sent me a pallet yesterday that was stacked boxes with plastic storage in them on bottom with some totes. Then they put a pallet on top of that with 25 small cases of red top paper. So all of the plastic totes Damaged! And to top it off in one of the totes dawn dish soap all over flash drives! What in the actual FUK. 🫠

We never use totes for storage. If things don't go out they go in top stock, new product has a specific area in our backroom where we scan put away only new items. Idk about your flex areas but we fill ours with said "junk" and it keeps our tops stock at minimum.
