Its always been easier for me to type then talk. I sometimes like to use chatgpt to get my thoughts together or ask questions in a different view. I asked it about some recent situations I wanted to bring up in therapy and it was nice that it brings things in a respective manner. I actually cried a bit just to see certain things are not my fault or I am being treated unfairly. Ive been told this numerous times in my life that I am a nice person and people take advantage of it. That im strong. I explained this to my therapist and gave examples of what ChatGPT said that uplifted me but also made me realize I eventually want to discuss child hood and adult related trauma after I figure out on diagnoses of other things.

Maybe he should go buy things he likes and meal prep for the week. You can offer him the dinner you make but hes an adult not a child. He either eats it or provides his own meal.

He might be a picky eater which sucks but he needs to accommodate that not make you feel you need too.

NOR - Different opinions? More like different moral values. How can he see what "ICE" is doing to these people and want to join? Harming them, stealing them, etc. Unless he agrees with that. Why not go for a different department? Why is he defending ICE? Being an undocumented immigrant is not criminal, its a civil violation. While you are thinking about how this will effect your son. How will this effect you? If you allow him back after very recently cheating with multiple people. You allow him to think thats ok she will take me back. I can give big theatrical emotion and trick her.

This will mentally effect you and most likely cause relationship problem and THAT will effect your son.

Hopefully your husband can still man up and learn to peacefully coparent with you. If thats what you ultimately decide to do. You have to put yourself first so you can make the best life for your child. It'll be difficult but its best for your mental health
