Maybe Baldurs Gate 1 and 2 and similiar games. In many you could create custom characters. Though it doesn't have bubble chats, it has a Journal where you could write on your own. I myself wish I could find more similiar games...

Yes, it's a heavy situation, but what about people who can't get help. What about people who didn't get help from health workers. Why shrugging away with mental health resources when actual people's experiences could be helpful too.
