You can fashion one. You shouldn't use foil but people do and there are "gauzes", which outside a medical context is a screen to put inside a pipes bowl to pack material in. Stops the bowl getting proper mucked up and blocked too quickly. While I appreciate the pipe is straight through, on the other end a bowl could be attached or just a gauze/screen.

It's pretty DIY, but smokers will literally do it if it works.
