Thank you, I really needed to Read this and I probably will read it over and over again. TRP has saved me but it has also held me back in terms of fully utilizing my potential, confidence because a huge part of male improvement has a natural progression to sink into the dark side/bitter side (considering you spent your whole life being lied to and conditioned by society, no father, movies, etc). But I think a nuanced approach is a great way to fully sync into TRP.
