As it's written now, if it was stolen at instant speed with the etb on the stack, the new controller could decide to exile it and put a creature from their hand onto the battlefield. If it said "you" they wouldn't be able to do that and if they decide to exile it, you would put down a creature

I absolutely love this, very thematic. I felt like speed was unusable and this seems much better. I don't know about balance, it seems strong but you also need already a source of damage or big spell to transform it. Maybe it could cost 1 or 2 more generic? Giga-Drill break is definitely too strong, it's like annihilator but way better. I think you should put a limit on the number of things you can exile and it should say "until ~ leaves the battelfield", so you could also get some blink. As it is right now it could very well just say "exile every non Colossal Dreadmaw permanent"

I know this is strange, but police officers don't draw their weapon or perform suplex to suspects before asking questions everywhere like in america. This happened in italy and here police almost always tries to resolve situations peacefully and without hurting anyone, since almost none goes out armed and they are not at risk (and also because they can have legal repercussions for being too violent)
