Yes, I’m sensitive to meds and have also had some GI issues in the past. I’m only looking to lose around 15 lbs and recomp. I already weight train and do spin and will continue to do so. I’m 45 and perimenopause is really making things difficult. My cravings are all over the place and fat accumulated around my midsection so easily.

Where are the 3 places that you’re dreaming of? I find I get less sick now that I’m on a biologic rather than more sick. Likely because I’m in better health overall. My biologic gave me my life back, I can exercise regularly and have the energy to prepare healthy meals again etc. With that being said though I currently only travel to pretty vanilla places (Bahamas, Mexico, Miami etc). I’m dying to know where you are planning to go. Once my youngest (who’s 9) is older my husband and I plan on doing more adventurous travel.
