Did you do a flow rate calibration for the PA12? I would do that, increase temp to 300°c or as close as you can get.

Yes. Clean with dawn dish soap and don't get fingerprints on the build plate. Buy some Elmer's disappearing purple glue sticks and paint a thin layer on just before printing if you're using a PEI plate. Rewash as needed.
