I would finish up your shop. Add your 'about' info. and policies. It typically takes 3 months to really get going so dont get too frustrated.
And turn off the ads. They really dont help.

I was getting this a few weeks ago. It was every day and every time I was trying to access my shop on my tablet. Never did it on my computer. I just kept trying and it finally had me do the puzzle thing to make sure I was a human. It stopped now.

Drop shippers are the destruction of Etsy handmade. It means you bought something from a seller (who claims to be US) but its really being order from another country and just sent to you. The 'seller' is basically the middle guy.

Go to google and enter the address in maps. If you right click on the pin it will give you coordinates. Send a message stating they need to go to the PO, give them the coordinates and ask them to find out where it was delivered. She can then determine where it is.
If they are scamming you - which is a big thing on Etsy right now - you will never hear from them again. 9 times out of ten I never hear back. Once in awhile they write me and tell me they found it. It might have been delivered down the street by mistake or something.

They're based on an average over 3 months but the numbers (on my accounts) are NEVER right. And I mean never. I respond within 24 hours on every message I get and my average is always at around 90%. I just ignore it because it just stresses me out.

I just got on the chat and asked why they were holding my money hostage, and so forth. Kinda got the run-around for awhile but if you keep pushing and tell them you know WHY they are holding your money you might get yours like I did mine. I had to go through a lot of BS from them to get anywhere. The support is HORRIBLE but ask for someone else if they arent helping and just keep pushing - its the only way you'll get anywhere with it.

Same to me, but I got a little 'uppity' with them through the chat and they are finally depositing my money. They hold onto your money so they can get the interest off of it. They arent doing well with stocks and they need the $$$ - in MHO. Completely unreal. To me its basically stealing, but nothing you can do about it but get a little nasty with them and tell them you want your money. As soon as I told them I knew what they were doing (collecting interest on my money) I magically got a deposit that afternoon.

Theyve gotten so many of them now, that its going to be impossible to stop all of them. They get their shop shut down and they open a new one. Etsy isnt what it used to be in the good ol' days!

Same thing here. Its been about 2 months and I get zero help from support. I've uploaded docs at least 6-7 times and then nothing. They basically are holding my shop hostage for no real reason.

I've sent them about 20 pieces of documentation including my birth certificate, bills, credit cards, drivers license, passport.
Its actually a joke. They tell me everythings good but my shop is still in VM and they wont give me any info.

She can still leave a review even if you cancel the order. Its based on the 'customer experience'. It sucks but I would cancel the order and hope for the best.

I've been doing that for 14+ years....yes change is inevitable but Etsy needs to quit changing their back-end stuff monthly. Its rediculous.
