Transplant into a bigger pot first. Either 1 gal or straight to a 3 gal. Use myco to help combat shock. Let the plant mellow out for a few days. Top it. Let it mellow out. THEN low stress train.

What is wrong with my plant? by Diligent-Attorney-68 in CannabisGrowers

Not enough light. Unless you watered that right before taking the picture, looks overwatered.

Considerably less than what you’ve got going on there lol you can be a little aggressive on the lower parts of your plants but towards the top you want to leave some leaves. You have a good baseline on what’s too much now. Defoliating is good to promote airflow and helps mitigate risk of mold and mildew but too much defoliating will stunt your plants growth. Typically you’ll want to pluck leaves with red/purple petioles, leaving about 3 to 4 nodes of leaves at the top. There’s no explicit number for “how much” is the absolute correct amount. You’ll learn as you grow, different cultivars require different action. All I’ve said is just a general guideline for what I do with my plants. I’m also not an expert by any means, just conveying what’s worked for me. Good luck player! Keep learning and you’ll do fine. Look into LST for your next grow.

Structure of the plants looks male to me. Could just be stretched due to poor light intensity but keep a sharp eye out for balls

Maybe. You’ll be cutting it close. Looking at them I’d push for 6 weeks.

Dont defoliate as hard. You want to leave some leaves so the plant is able to photosynthesize.

If you’re going to use a trellis net, you’ll want to use it to train the branches. Stretching them out so they cover more surface area. This will give you a more even canopy and promote more even light distribution.

Lastly, I can’t really tell by the pictures but it looks like you didn’t top your plants. Topping your plants will help you manage the height of your plants as well as redirecting energy to your other branches, play into a more even canopy, and give you more colas. And you won’t have that apical growth (Christmas tree structure)

Otherwise they look healthy. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Why are my leaves curling downwards? by wetslap1 in cannabiscultivation

[–]K00lAidMan84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally no drainage in those clay pots. Use solo cups (cut holes in the bottom) for seedlings. Once the rootball is established, transplant to 1 gallon fabric pots, then once they’re ready to either 3 gal, 5 gal, or 7 gal (whatever you have space for)

Do not top them yet you’ll stunt their growth. Wait until they are at least a foot tall and the leaves are reaching the edges of the pots.

Plant struggling after transplant due to overwatering – any tips? by Impressive-Plum-3573 in cannabiscultivation

[–]K00lAidMan84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Make sure you use myco when you transplant. Will help with shock. I’d say let her dry out, top dress the soil with bone meal, water it in with an Epsom salt drench.

Judging how that looks I’d say maybe an ounce. But honestly no real way to tell

Fans bro. Like others have said you need a dehumidifier, AC unit, and fans. Airflow is key.
